About Me

My obsession with homes and houses started as a child. I loved going to home opens and experiencing the spaces and styles they all contained. Even now I’m always in wonder of the story of each home, how it’s been translated into a visual journey. It’s why I’m so passionate about renovation, rather than demolition, I’m in love with the romantic notion of adding to a homes story.

I started a creative path graduating from ECU with a Bachelors Degree in Visual Arts. While keeping connected to creating dream homes, I’ve also had 14 years experience in the construction industry, working as part of a team on multi-million dollar projects managing and organising trades, project scheduling and financial controlling. My practical skills and knowledge uniquely combine the construction experience and creative brain.

My hope with K.eszter Design Studio is to offer my experience, skills and knowledge to help make your renovation journey a success. The right designer brings years of collected experience and skill to the table that can save you time and money. I work with and recommend a carefully selected group of trade professionals and local creators that will work together to create your dream space.
